A minimum stay of two nights is preferred on weekends during May through November however, one night stays will be accepted at discretion of the Innkeeper.

A minimum stay of two nights is required for Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day and Columbus Day weekends and weekends during the month of October.
Check-in is by appointment, between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m. Earlier or later times accommodated with prior arrangement at discretion of the Innkeeper.
Full Breakfast is served b/t 9am & 10am. Check-out 11 a.m.
Children over 14 are welcome. Younger ages possible with proir arrangement.

A credit card is required to hold and guarantee any reservation. Check or cash is requested at the time of arrival for the full amount. Room rates are based on payment by check or cash. 50% deposit is required for the rental of 3 or more rooms at the time the reservation is made. A minimum stay of two nights is requested on weekends during May through November, and two nights are required on holiday weekends. We will gladly return your deposit if cancellation is received 14 days prior to arrival date, minus a $20 processing fee per room. Highland Manor is not responsible for inclement weather. Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to arrival date, no shows and early departures are responsible for the full amount of stay.
