A credit card is required to hold and guarantee a reservation for two or more nights. 50% deposit is required for one night stays, at the time the reservation is made. A minimum stay of two nights is requested on weekends during May through November, and two nights are required on holiday weekends. We will gladly return your deposit if cancellation is received 14 days prior to arrival date, minus a $20 processing fee. Highland Manor is not responsible for inclement weather. Cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to arrival date, no shows and early departures will be charged full amount of stay.
